Last night was amazing, so simple, calm, and warm. I went over to Amy's at around 1am and Amy, Sam, and I went to Sheets so they could get food and I could get two redbulls. We went back to her place and watched some trashy reality tv until 2:30 and headed out to the field just past the parking lot with our blankets. We lay there with our heads touching just watching the sky and talking of past relationships and our childhood. It was cloudy, so we only saw two meteors. Amy's upset because she had looked away when the first one passed, and it was amazing. All of a sudden a flash of light just flew across the sky and Sam and I gasped. The second one was smaller, less intense. I could see the tail, as opposed to just light. At around 4, we decided to call it a night.
